A case is building against ultra-processed foods

In the last nutrition post, I provided a few ways to start transitioning from “processed” or packaged foods to eating more whole foods, particularly for kids’ meals. Eating more whole foods is important because we tend to forget that we are what we eat. A couple of recent studies have examined the effects of ultra-processed food on our health. The blog “ConscienHealth” did a nice job summarizing these studies (including links to the studies). Therefore, I will leave it to them.
