When scheduling your appointment, you may choose to pay online or pay in person at your appointment. If you need a payment plan, please select "PAY IN PERSON" and speak to your practitioner directly.
Authentic Health does not bill insurance; payment is required on date of service. We do provide a superbill which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have out-of-network benefits you will likely receive partial reimbursement. When speaking with your insurance company, inquire about pre-authorization, out-of-network deductible and number of visits allowable per calendar year.
